DROMI empowerment/intervention continues in India
ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND EMPOWERMENT
DROMI EMPOWERMENT/INTERVENTION CONTINUES IN INDIA; Provides more intervention packages for the less privileged.
After partnering with a religious organization in India to provide food palliatives for the less privileged, the needy and the core downtrodden, Dr. Rhoda Makinde Initiative [DROMI] has once again teamed up with the organization to provide Sarees [Indian cloth materials] for widows and homeless women.
Saree is a garment consisting of a length of cotton or silk elaborately draped around the body, traditionally worn by women from South Asia. It is one of the unique outfits worn by Indian women across the globe, the saree is the most recognized, loved, and popular Indian wear across the globe imbuing elegance with every flow, one of the most graceful pieces of clothing.
Another sweet news is that the team representing DROMI in India has gotten their DROMI customized Tshirts, and they were all dressed in it as a symbol of uniformity, uniqueness and purpose.
